With the fast-developing Coronavirus situation upon us, we are advising customers on the robust business continuity measures we have in place that mean our services are in no way affected.
UKFast is ISO 22301 Business Continuity certified and as such our response plans for our business and for our customers are robust and regularly tested.
All of our client-facing teams are able to operate remotely with no impact on service levels. These teams include all of Technical Support (including Windows, Linux, Networks, Infrastructure, Launch and Backups), Account Management, Sales, Service Management and Accounts.
Our data centres will remain staffed and fully operational. The type of work carried out within the data centre requires employees to remain on site and we have separate teams with built in redundancy to ensure continuity of service.
